• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

As I am new to this forum, I hope I'm posting correctly. I have an 06 GT w/54 k mis. that I'm fond of and want to last, and to keep awhile. I use only full synthetic oil, changed at the proper intervals. I have flushed (have had flushed) the xmission and radiator fluid. I use only high test (Shell or Sunoco).
So what else should I do, or be doing to prolong the car's life?
I should say that I'm much more an operator than a hands on maintainer, except for the aesthetics.
I have lots more questions. Hoping I've found the right place for answers/suggestions.
Thanks for either.

From what i know just keep doing what you are doing and not running the car into the ground and these engines are known to last a while! I have a buddy with a 06 with 287k and he is a stickler about maintence so as long as you maintain the car, it can last you a very long time!
