I have a astermarker HU lets say i wanna put the factory HU on it but the plug to back of the radio got "lost" how would i connect the wires and what colors do what. I dont mind doing some ghetto job on it jusdt curious :th_crazy:
 


Get a new plug from the junk yard. It will have some wires coming off the plug and then just splice them up to the same color before the splices to your aftermarket HU. Assuming that's your situation. Pictures would help.
 
No lol I wouldn't steal from someone especially a factory unit haha. I just want to try something before I resort to buying a harness for the chimes to still work in my car. I'm thinking if I do this right and it's practical then we can stop relying on those stupid over priced harnesses. But the junk yard is the only place for sure?
