Hello everyone,
Just writing to say hi to you all, and as a new member would like to introduce myself. my name is John and I'm from Trenton, Ontario Canada. I'm an Aerospace Maintenance Engineer and been working on aircraft for the last 31 years. As far as vehicles, the only cars I've ever owned were GM. Right now, between the wife and myself, we have 2 Grand Prix Gt's, both 2000, 2 Bonnevilles, 1996 SSei and a 1997 SE, both supercharged and a 1972 Olds 442-W30, which was the first car I ever owned. ( I bought it in 1975 when I was 17 and I still have her!! ) We also had a 1997 GTP, but someone ran a light and t-boned it in an intersection last year. Anyway, I'll be looking forward to participating with you all on a regular basis. So long for now.

Cheers everyone and hope you all have a Merry Christmas.
John

Welcome John...

I want the Olds...nowwwwww

I've always wanted a 1970 Olds 442 Orange with black stripes...coupe. After seeing Demolition Man when I was little...I was sold LOL

Hi Bluegtp91,
Thanks for the welcome!! And yes, Demolition Man was one of my all time favorite movies. It's not often you see 442's used in movies, but when they do it's a real treat!!. They are quite rare, so I hope that one day you find one. When I figure out how to post pics to this forum, I'll upload a few of the Olds. Anyway, thanks again for the welcome and have your self a Merry Christmas!!
Cheers for now,
John
