i bought this car the way u see it now.the owner before me put those stupid fake hood scoops on it,i cant stand them but for now i have to put up with them.where is a good place to get used hoods or new but dont want to go broke

You can remove those the same way you would debadge your car.

Dental floss + heat gun/blow dryer + patience = bye bye hood scoops. Use a little Goo Gone to clean off any adhesive residue and then wash with Dawn.

Best way to remove them without spending a lot of money. Go to Bumper to Bumper and ask for the pinstripe removal tool. Will cost $29.00. Use dental floss to cut the double sided tape and get the scoops off. Then take your cordless drill and the removal tool and peel the remaining tape off. Will only take you minutes to do and the wheel will not leave scratches in the paint. Wash after and apply some type of polish/wax. Too easy!!!
