Just bought an 01 Prix GT and had a few questions.

Well I just bought a 01 prix gt with 90k on it. The haynes manual doesn't suggest much maintenance. I'd appreciate any suggestions on what you guys think I should replace or check. I don't think much has ever been done to this car. Also, kinda shady thing.. the CEL doesn't come on. I think the bulb blew? Is there a fuse just for the CEL? I also want to get rid of the dexcrap antifreeze.. any recommendations on how I should flush it out?
