Junk yard strut and front sway bar upgrade?

Our Grand Prix needs all four struts and front sway bar replaced. The car has 244,xxx miles but I'm hoping to get another year the car. So with that being said I will be going to the junk yard for struts and a sway bar.

Are there any cars that have Factory struts and front sway bars that would be considered an upgrade for our Grand Prix GTP? If so, what year/make/model/trim package. Im on a really tight budget which is another reason why I'm going the junk yard route.

Impalas may have the police package which would have the sway bar. Also any w body could have the GMPP bars so might as well check.
 
I found a set of used kyb struts with lowering spring already assembled on Craigslist from a Regal for a good price. I do not know what size drop the springs are yet. But would they lower my grand prix the same amount as a Regal?
