hello everyone i have a 95 grand prix se 3.1 i feel like i am taking off in second gear car has the second gear take off option light comes on when when switched but feel no different shifts smooth like new tranny has been rebuilt vw beetle could smoke me off the line

welcome. its probably some sort of bad connection telling the tranny that the button is still pressed. that and/or its a slow car, trust me i know haha
