Ok I've got three questions I would like to be answered

1. Can someone please tell me how to adjust the headlights, I know how to move them side to side but I don't know how to move them up and down.

2. Does any one know where I can get some of this weather stip thing that is coming of of my door.

3. What is this? Is it even made for this car? I found it where the fuses are in my car.
