Shop 1A Auto® for Pontiac Grand Prix Turn Signal Wiper Lever With Cruise Control 1997-99 for your Grand Prix

My cruise control stopped working I had them check out the electrical a bit awhile ago while getting something else done on the car and they couldn't find anything wrong with the wiring so I was told that the lever was probably shot.

Questions are if there is anyway to take apart the lever on there now and if that is a common thing to fix or do I need to get a whole new one that I linked?

Thanks just wanting to be able to use cruise again drive over one and a half hours to work each day :p

Don't start replacing parts until you're sure what's wrong. Check your CHMSL (3rd brake light) first. If those bulbs are out, the your cruise control won't work (it's intended as a notification feature, but very few people know about it). There are also several other things that could be wrong. Have a shop diagnose to find out what the real problem is before spending money on parts you might not need.

Really?
I didn't know that. Thanks for the info.
Did that happen to you?

All my lights inside and out work so what would be the next step?
