I got a thrush glasspack installed days ago.The last 2 days i notice that when its real hot or after I turn my car off theres this pinging noise aroung there and it lasts for a while, at least 5min.Is that normal for a glasspack or could it mean a problem somewhere?
 


Oh.You probably right but I never heard anything with my stock resonator.And man if i knew the glasspack would make my car this quiet I wouldve never got it:(. I was expecting louder or more audibleness, hell my stock resonator was louder then again there was a small exhaust leak there.
 
you're supposed to get louder mufflers if you want louder exhaust.

Res is there to keep the rasp to a minimum
 
Yea mufflers are definately next along with downpipe.And rasp is down to a minimum.I have another exhaust leak somewhere on the downpipe,probably the cat and before it sounded a little crappy but now its smoothed out and revving sounds alot better but quiet lol.
