Just wondering if this sounds about right... I'm only getting about 250 miles or around 400 km out of a tank (mostly city driving)

With city driving, I wouldn't look for anything greater. Make sure everything is in check like air filter, plugs, wires, etc. A basic tune up can really help with MPG's and if you're still unhappy, get a conservative tune.

my 04 comp G has been getting about 330 miles per tank, my DIC reads 21 mpg even... my 08 NA GP usually did about 350-400

I've been kinda feeling like my mpg's are on the low side since I see some people on the forum boasting 25-28mpg..

Ya after a bit of looking around it seems about normal. Its reading 12 L/100 km average or 20 mpg.

I just cleaned the filter, installed new plugs and wires,

however the car is throwing a P0135 (front o2 sensor) and I have a new sensor that will go in next week.

That should do it. I took mine from 12.0 to 11.0 without a reset by just driving nice and easy. Going 105-110 on the highway, and getting it into OD on the 60's by going 70. I'm on 3.29 gears as well.
