Get a tuned PCM or get a tuner. For the PCM's go with overkill or Intense.
 
i also will not look at it and i can tell you exactly what it is. it is a $.23 resistor to run in the IAT circuit so your car thinks it is colder outside than it is and runs more timing.

GIANT waste of money, but as i have said before if i could sell dumb people things like that and get away with it then i would too.
