is their a fuse for each cigarette lighter??



look inside the socket of the power port, its likely its got some rust in it, some sand paper can fix it up most of the time.

also the plugs do come off the socket or wires break off the back of the power ports.

mine were so bad i installed 2 new sockets.
 
i suspect 04+, there on the same fuse and as scotty said rust and broken wires. if you remove the four 10mm bolts in center console it easy to see where they are.
