not really sure about rebuilding it, ive never had to do anything with a supercharger, but check your coupler first. theres a slim chance it could be that
 
hey, talkin to a few other guys on here, one of em said to take off your supercharger belt, and see if the grinding stops. if it does stop, its probably either the coupler or snout bearings, if it doesnt stop, its probably the harmonic balancer. when the balancer craps out, it makes a pretty bad grinding sound. if it does stop when u take off the belt, just check the coupler first anyway thats the cheapest fix. an easy way to do that, is to take the belt off, wiggle the pulley, and if it moves a little without spinning the rotors, the coupler is bad
 


Welcome...try posting in the right section because most people don't look here. Grinding is the supercharger coupler.
