Is a 1999 gt fuel pump setup as a venturi system?

Hey guys this whole time i always thought all grand prixs up until 2000 used a venturi system, but I now just read that the gt and other naturally aspirated grand prixs don't have a venture system even on the 97-99. So which one is it?
