anyone how a diagram or pics of the hoses and where the fill should be and what to do with the alt. bracket?

how can you go around the alt bracket and i cant get it to fill all the way up

Use 90* fittings right off the core.

Ideally the fill point would be the highest point.

Who's system do you have?

unless the hoses are to high i have them goin up and around the fuze block maybe bring them by the batt and go up from there?
