intense is pissing me off

I ordered a PCM from intense, and sent my old PCM back to them, and they still have not refunded my core charge. I e-mailed them several times and they said they have recieved a couple without the information sheets in them, but i am almost positive i put it in the box. I used trackable shipping, and I tracked the order, and it said it was delivered. Now they are not answering any of my e-mails since the last one i sent last friday. I'm really starting to get pissed. Thats $100, im not just gonna see that go to nothing
 


That sucks man, that's alot of money I hope you get it back.
3800Performance is starting to piss me off, I got the wrong sparks and I'm trying do exchange or return, I email them, and all they do is just ask me a bunch of random questions about my car then stop responding.
 
Wait, you e-mailed them Friday right? Then you posted at 7:26AM on Monday and are wondering why they have't replied? About a PCM you're ALMOST positive you sent the info sheet with?

I use to work for a company out of Toronto and they were always on some kind of holiday. NHL playoffs...forget it.
