Installed Rear ported exhaust manifolds, strange noise comeing out

I installed the PEM and when I fired the motor back up, everything seems fine. No ses or anything strange at idol or even when I rev the motor without boost. When I drive out and get some boost it sounds like baseball cards in bike spokes, and it revs up with the supercharger. Nothing near air filter making the noise, maf is clear. I thought maybe it was a loose plugwire, but I double checked and everything is fine with the noise still there. Gas mileage seems to have gone to complete shiz also. Please help.

Son of a biscuit, I had to replace the crossover-PEM bolts because I broked one of the stockers off and the replacements aren't super sweet. I will check them and go from there. Thanks for the fast response!

No I reused the old one, I got it all apart I'm almost positive it was from the crossover. Havn't gotten it all back together (i took the plog off also) but when I broke it back down that graphite covered piece wasn't sealed properly with the rear manifold.

anymore progress yet? "it was good when i took it off!!!!!!" get it sealed and unplug battery for a little while.

Checked the PLOG, Changed out the crossover to stock non-wrapped and it ended up being the rear manifold. the bolt that is in front of the o2 sensor (im assuming thats what is in the manifold?) .

It went away, then after getting on it a few times down the road the ticking came back. Not as loud now, but this is starting to remind me of herpes.

I reused factory gaskets and bolts. I don't feel like the gaskets are the issue but I'm no expert. 85k on the regal.

Do I need to use some sort of high heat loktite or are the stock bolts garbage? I don't want to torque them anymore then I had as I don't have a engine hoist or the patience to remove a broken stud.

i reused all my factory bolts and gaskets, that should not be an issuie.

rtv the piss out of the bolt that is causeing the problem. copper rtv.
