Installed new window regulators... Runs backwards now...

So i installed 2 new window regulators on the passenger side, and one on the drivers side.. and the two on the passenger side operate backwards (up is down, down is up)... How the do i fix that? I installed everything correctly.. so i really don't know what to do.
 


I've noticed this on some aftermarket regulator/motors. All I did was take the wire connection that goes to the motor and flip the wire positions in the connector. A little pick and the contacts should come out of the plastic connector, then just swap places with them.
