Installed HIDS Now tranny screwed up!!

I have a 99 gtp I installed HIDs and now its shifting funny and wont go into overdrive. Is it possible that I spiked the computer because I didnt unhook battery. I know I'm probly reaching but I just dont have the cash for a tranny now.

I didnt mean trans directly.the computer controls trans so i thought maybe it got spiked.

Unplug the battery overnight, who knows what happened

Possible you've got too much draw..
Unhook the battery for at least 30min, and rehook. See how that does. If not, double, triple check everything..Make sure no connectors to the trans have come loose, etc.

What circuit did you tap into? It's possible there's a bad fuse etc. Like others said..check it all.
