Installed all hid headlights and fogs and now have zapping noise through speakers?

A while ago I put in all HID headlights and fog lights in my car and ever since when I turn my fog lights on, or switch from low to high or high to low beam I get a loud zap noise through the speakers of the car. I have asked local garages around here, and no one can seem to figure out why this is happening. (go figure).. I put them in prob about a yr. ago and its been doing it ever since. Got any ideas?? Oh ya I have the 04 gtp comp G
 


Could be a cheap bulb or could be the ballast. Isolate the problem by disconnected one side and trying to see the if noise persists..change the bulb with the one from the other side..try it again if still occurring..switch the ballast..try again. . Get it?
 
that is what I have heard. It was a cheap set, and the ballasts are taking a crap one by one. Sometimes they don't turn on, and sometimes when I flip from high to low beam one doesn't come back on. I have already replaced one, and am looking at prices to replace the other low beam and 2 fogs. The high beam seem to work good yet they don't get used that much.. The new ballast I already have and the ones im looking at have a block on them to stop the interference. So hopefully that is whats causing it. But don't quite understand that either they are suppose to use less power which you would think would be less interference??
