Injector or lifter tick



Long screw driver to your ear and the other end to the fuel rail. Listen to the tick you hear at first and compared it with the screw driver trick.

These cars are known for really loud injectors.

You can always replace half of quart to a whole quart of engine oil with transmission fluid to help clean the motor and free up sticky/noisy lifters. Transmission fluid is like tide for the motor.
 
Get a stethoscope thingy from an auto parts store and try and pinpoint the noise. Are they stock lifters?
