Inexpensive OBD2 scanner WITH ABS and SRS

Does anyone know of a scanner, that is inexpensive to scan ABS and SRS for my Grand Prix 2002. I have an OBD2 scanner already, but would like to find one that scans the other two items also.
Any suggestions?

search ebay, and amazon, they are out there, you really need to check the reviews to see if your year car truly does work, for un known reasons, they work on one car but not others. when they should do all listed.
