• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

I tore a pig up that tried to swing around and pull me over for like 35 in a 30 in my 2000 GTP. The second I seen him him trying to hook a u-turn I hooked my next right and sat back as the s/c meter buried, drove about 6 blocks hooked a left buried the gas again for about 10 blocks and he was nowhere to be seen. God I love these cars

where is the kill?
sounds to me like you ran away from a patrol car as fast as the GTP would go.

And did in fact get away... Therefore kill! Right? lol I've done a few of those, I sure would hate to get caught somehow though and go to prison for it. Guess I need more mods!

Most are switching to HEMI Chargers here... My brother in-law who's a cop drives one for work. I got one a few months ago, was dropping my daughter off out of town and had to race back for work after dropping her off. Was doing 90-95 on the turnpike and didn't spot this cop coming in the opposite direction. As soon as he saw me he hit the lights and floored it, but the beauty part was he had about a mile to go before he could turn around to get on my side. So I mashed out and did 120-140 for about 4-5 miles til I could exit and never saw him again. Don't tell my brother in-law!

Hell yea!!

most cop cars are v6's, the power of the v8 went out for gas mileage, and you really cant beat a radio.

we had the crown vics here for a long time till a few cops died from the power steering failures of the fords,(early 90's i think) when you had the car floored, and then braked hard to turn the power steering would fail, and had a bunch of crashes, back to the Chevy caprice lol

lets face it the charger aint all that, its still a 15 second car, its a cool retro looking car, but thats it, it failed big time vs the new mustang and camaro. the only reason the po po picked it up is because its got 4 doors.

A lot of the speeder catchers around here are the new camaros. If they need to arrest someone, then they call the chargers.

like back in the 80's when the highway patrol used trans am's and mustangs.

sadly most police stations wont ever see any of these cars unless they have major highways cutting through them. around here highways are just left up to the state police, or county cops.

in Hackensack where i live, they have a few ford explorers, who you going to run down in one of them? lol

Since you're talking about blocks like you are, I'm guessing you're in town or in a residential neighborhood, if the speed limit is 35 mph. Since you're calling a law enforcement officer a "pig" then I'll also guess you're a child that just got your license and you still feel as if you're invincible, like most of us do at that age. NEVER refer to law enforcement as pigs - have some respect for them.

Next time you consider attempting to outrun the law because you left your backbone at home and can't man up to being caught doing something wrong, consider that as you're barreling down one of these low speed streets, someone's child might decide to chase their ball that he just overthrew to his sister. Maybe consider the single mom that had a rough day at work and just isn't thinking straight as she is parked on the street and opens up the car door into your lane and steps out, not able to judge your speed correctly.

I was young and had less of a brain once, too, and was once "invincible" as well, so I'm not living in a glass house and throwing rocks at yours, but you really should consider what the consequences could have been because you decided you were above the law.:th_winking:

First off Im almost 40 years old kid, second if a parent has their children out playing in the streets at 1am in the morning then they deserve to have their children hit, third where I live the cops are just as corrupt as the criminals, so yes they are pigs, everyone would like to believe because someone is law enforcement that they are to be respected, well "bud" where I come from you have to give respect to get it. And dont tell me about back bone asshole when I was over in afghanistan destroying my sanity for ppl that take their freedoms granted.
