Ok, so I have a 4 four 99 gt, the headlight adjustment for up and down is rusted so bad o can't adjust them so I'm deciding to upgrade then to projectors with hid. I used to have an 03 gt with led halos and I used h1 hid. The projectors were from Ebay but were the first gen and had awesome output. What I'm wondering is I can't tell the difference in the new headlights anywhere. I want the ccfl because of how bright the rings are but does that change the light output? im going to put 6k in then again. Please help I've been gone for too long
