Ok for the last year my fuel level sensor has been going from full to empty etc. I put a new sensor on the pump canister and still does it so i ignored it from there on out.
I've had a surge issue at idle especially on cold starts but i figured do to the big cam and everything else the tune needed fine tuned a little and no big deal.
Now i am having issues with the tps. On my aeroforce it's showing at idle throttle position anywhere from 5-8% (revs car up as well) and bounces around. When driving it bounces around bad as well and is affecting the trans shifting.
Pulled codes with aeroforce and this is the mess I got......
P0107
P0122
P0123
P0463
P0645
P1107
P1121
P1122
I checked tps with multi meter and metered a little high on 5 volt reference but has good ground and 12v I replaced tps anyway and still doing this. The map sensor was replaced about 3yrs ago but only has maybe 6000 miles on it.
I'm leaning toward sensors are all good and it's a wiring issue or pcm issue. Now where exactly is every ground I need to worry about that would mess with these things?
How can I test the wires them self from pcm to sensor to see if the wire is shorting out or open?
What is the ground on the driver side by the abs module exactly for?
Sorry for all the questions etc but this has got me stumped and frustrated. Also I am not to good at understanding how to meter things so take it easy when explaining how to do it lol.
Bill boost has already been helping but I figured I would make a thread anyway.
