Ignition swtich help...

Got my 1997 gp gt broken into they broke the steering colum top and bottom cover.. Well now the key wont go all the way in the ignition it gets stuck about half way...but how do i replace it or what else can i do to free unlock the steering wheel.... PLEASE HELP!!!
 


Is there a slot to put an allen wrench so I can get the ignition cylinder to come out??? That's what I'm trying to replace??????
 
ok i took the cover off and got the ignition cylinder to break free....but there r a brown and green wire coming from the black switch cover and the green wire has a cut in it....my question is can i replace that green wire and if so with what kind of wire???????????????????
