Ignition not turning off

Hey guys, new here. Please cut me some slack for ignorance.

Just replaced a battery on a '98 GP. It was probably the most difficult battery change I have ever done. Had to move the fusebox over and pull out a support bar. Anyway, now once the wires are put back the car will not turn off once started.

Any ideas would be awesome. Thanks.
