Idles funny and oil in exhaust. please help!

2001 grand prix gtp 3800 II supercharged. i just replaced my LIM gastket and the upper plenium. Ive checked all my vacuum lines and did vacuum leak tests but cant figure out why my car is idling so rough. it throws a code for vacuum volume i believe and i noticed that there were black specks in the snow outside of garage when i run it which i am assuming is oil. checked my oil and it was 3 quarts low. please help!
 




i had a vacuum line that disconnected on my way back from a 25 mile trip which broke when i was working on it. i just drove it home and its sat there ever since if that matters at all.
 
okay ill do that in a second. but might sound noobish but i have my pcv infront of me now. how do you tell if its bad or not?
 
If it runs better with the MAF unplugged then its bad. Try a junkyard for a cheap one. They usually run about 25 bucks
