Identify these rockers!!!

As it says, they guy I bought the car from says that the guy he bought it from 4 years ago said it had 1.9 ratio rockers, are these 1.9 rockers? They don't look modifies in any way.

Pretty positive they are. I see possible evidence of the pedistals being ground for pushrod clearance.

I updated pictures, your help is appreciated, I'd hate to sell these as 1.9 and they end up being stock.

They appear to be 1.9's. The peds have been machined for the pushrods, the hole of the pushrod is very close to the pivot point. Which is how they mod them. They fill the pushrod hole and move it closer to the pivot point.

Take a good look at the sides of them. Any "E" or "I" scratched into them would indicate that they are ER rockers.
