Ice Cream Cruise 2015 - Omaha Nebraska



Ehh, the ricers are not that bad.. Everyone is respectful usually. You have the few douches who are like "Nice grandma car *****"... Just take them to the streets at night and show em whats up.
 
I'm not real big into street racing. Especially with all the cops that will be around that weekend. The track is where I would much rather be, but it's going to be so busy, and pretty difficult to line up next to someone you want to race.
 
You people all need to come up to ND, Gas is cheap so one word ROADTRIP!

No one gets bothered in my neck of the woods!

Even Fargo would be a nice option and the Sabin 1/4 mile track is near by too.

Edit: Damn it even Fargo is 6 hours away from Omaha geezus I live in bum fvck no wheres villle!

You are correct; however, street racing is common and usually the cops are around the interstates. Gotta hit them back roads. Actually last year, two trucks with long huge trailers blocked off 1/2 mile of road and they ran drags for quite awhile before the cops showed up and everyone scrambled while the trucks ran interference lol

The show alone is worth it. So much fun.

I think they'd make an exception for 50,000,000 grand prix's. I've never been but I have quite a few friends that make the drive from KCMO/KCK/STJoe area for the cruise...I'd like to go this year, It'd make a fun weekend trip.

If we all get there around the same time, we could get a bunch of the GP's parked next to each other. Also the track guys usually let you do grudges if you are close enough in line. I think it would be awesome to get a bunch of GP guys there....
 


There was about 7-10 WBodies parked next to eachother last year. We had a great time bull ****ting and stuff. The night cruise is pretty sick too.

Not really.

Been there a couple times to watch other people run, but I've never presonally raced there, no. I stopped going to the drag races after they closed KCIR 4~ years ago.

Kinda a far drive if something breaks...would be quite the tow bill lol

GTPpower and I were at KCIR at the last test and tune they had before they closed...sad day.
