Iac keeps throwing check engine light

I have replaced it already and everything looks fine idk what is wrong any ideas my motor does pulse any tips

relearn it
Turn key for 2 sec then off for 10 sec,on for 2 off for 10 then try starting it.
If this doesn't work with key on push pedal to the floor hold for 2 sec,then pump it to the floor and release it 5 times in 7 sec
Also make sure your IAC is adjusted properly

from the bolt hole to the end of the pintle can be no more than 1 and 1/8 inches if it is push it in

Its in the stock hole that the old one was in I have that slinky looking rubber piece and on the end of that a cone filter

you mean a ait? air intake temp sensor? the little one in the intake tube?

if so check its wires. look for damage to the insulation like cracks or bare wire showing.
