When I start my car for the first time in the morning i can easily turn the wheel all the way in both directions. After the car is fully warmed up, the power steering gets stiff. Its only stiff if im stopped though. If i am parallel parking, the wheel is almost impossible to turn, but as soon as i press on the gas, it loosens right up.

Foreign cars, especially Japanese ones are of MUCH higher quality than 99% of American cars. Its just a fact.
