it fell off my axle anf im not too sure what it is

You need a new axle. I really dont know how that can fall off, its part of the axle that holed the cv balls.

yeah that basicly a seal to hold the grease in.

are axles hard to do by yourself, because i dont really wanna bring it to a mechanic. They charge too much money

It's pretty damn simply, though you might have to rent some tools. There's a write-up around here somewhere...
