• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

I love my car!

I have had my 2006 Grand Prix for a little over one year now, and I love it!!! My family is a pretty stereotypical Asian house hold and they Toyotas. Being the proud American I am, I just had to give GM a shot. Thus far I am well pleased with my GM car. I have had a check engine light on since I signed the title. My current goal is to figure out the problem and fix it and prove that a GM can last just as long as a Toyota :)

Hey there! Welcome to the forum, make sure to read many of the stickies and threads on here as they serve you with quite a bit of important information. About the check engine light, I'm unsure of your location, but some auto parts stores may allow you to scan your car for free and find out what code is being thrown through that CEL. Good luck with all future endeavors on the car and enjoy it!

Welcome.. Once you get the code read, post up the code and name of it.. We'll hit that harder than you can imagine. Cause American cars can be super easy to fix.

whats up my peoples?!!!

Oxfire- Where can I find these "stickies"; I am from NorthEast O-H.....I-O!! and I bleed scarlett and gray :D yes, we have locations (i.e. Autozone, Lubestop, etc) that scan free of charge. If only they could scan and find the solution lol
Squeeze- I have a photo of the car on my profile page. lol it's really nothing unique, haha actually rather common (at least over where I am)
BillBoost37- I had the system scanned, I have the codes, and I have created a new thread! :D
LeadfootCJ7- Thank you :)
