• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

I know ya'll think I've retired...

I fail at taking pics thesedays, and you know darn right the engine didn't come out on the lawn ;) I chose the worst time of the year for shipping, so as I wait for the man in the brown truck, I snapped a few pics. Stacking the 'L65 as we speak, and waiting for Lingenfelter to ship my reluctor conversion box. Hint, hint... I'm looking forward to Tundra hunting in a stock appearing S10. LOL

Yep, I've read his build. I'm trying to go the least painful route, H3 pan, 58X/24X reluctor, F body harness, LS1 fans, etc. I'll leave it poindexter looking for a while, and after word gets out, I'll ZQ8 it and roll out like a boss. God, I'm such a dick. LOL

Yeah, it's an '07. 46K, out of a 'Hoe. Build will be done in a hurry, I'm assembling parts and will just dump it all in at once.

Worry not. It'll be a turn key driver with a 150 sauce for grins. I don't have AAA, so it will be dead reliable.

back in the day a friend put a built 350 into a luv, with a lot of juice and a m22 rock crusher tranny. his main issue was keeping the rear end connected to the truck. he tossed the whole rear a few times. the last rear was a ford 9 inch with a full custom built ladder bars and spring set up strong enough to keep the rear in place. and he never left the house with out at least 4 new U joints. as they blew like every other day, the cap ends would just snap off like nothing.

he could literally smoke the tires for ever if he wanted to.

this being a V8, i really hope it sounds like your T/A and the rear holds its place.

Ya'll lost your fool minds... Well, other than Scotty, whose mind left many moons ago. I happen to have a few years of experience in a variety of departments, and I think Cal-Tracs and a 10 degree wedge should hook this wheelbase nicely. ;) I have an 8.5" unit from a blazer complete with discs for it, so I'm fairly optimistic. No big cam in this one, stock internals, loose stall (Not as loose as Bloo, he's such a hooker) and 3.42s should make it amusing to daily. I snicker every time I walk past this truck. LOL
