And Just to Clarify, I'm not trying to prove my "innocence" here to anyone. I'm expressing my how I disagree how business was handled on their end (especially being at the expense of my credibility). You don't just jump the gun and tell people they are not telling the truth on a thread with 630 views.

Yeah. Not to be an a-hole or anything, but you didn't have to chime in at all nor view the thread. Just saying. Every one who I have responded to in this thread has most likely asked me to provide some type of information. I cannot stand Liars, so respectively, I'm going to want to make sure that's not how I'm perceived. YES I did rant for EVERYONE to see. Is that not the point of a rant thread, or am I just crazy?

Anyhow, There is no longer any heat between me and Tim because we have come to an understanding. He says that he would hate to lose any customers. I have not spoken to Zoom yet, but I would like to clear things up with him also. Fact of the matter is, I'm not a liar and I should not have been labeled one. I'm too old to run around "not liking people" However, I was not pleased with how things were handled (retail situation or not)... Thus my rant. I am done posting now, and this thread can be closed for all the hell I care. Best of luck to ZZP.

For the record, feel free to publish emails. Just be prepared to have both sides published. I don't like some of the hit and run tactics I've seen in this forum where a case is misrepresented to the point of where I consider it dishonest. We see it often, I can only guess it's people wanting to get on board with a rant. I don't know how the E85 case went bad but showing both sides of the emails is a fair way of letting others decide how the cust service is.
