With Detroit.....
As you may know i am from the Detroit area and need to let some steam go
The Pontiac brand possibly being dismantled has pushed me over the edge, It was the only brand i really cared about. But im sitting here whatching the news on the morning of the day GM announces a new restructuring plan and its nothing but job loss possibilities, which kills me because the last i heard Michigan has the highest amount of unemployment in the nation. Im so tired of all this ****ty news, I mean i wasnt even in the car business but since i worked in a factory in general i got laid off cause the demand is just not there even for hydraulic fittings for construction equipment such as Caterpillar or Bobcat. Than the city of Detroits government is just a effen mess for the most part its a circus. We had a cheating mayor that cost us millions through a text message scandal now we have a city council that is a joke. It is so bad that nothing but names are thrown around at council meetings by Monica Conyers calling people shrek and o yea i forgot attacking anyone outside of the city calling them racist, what a joke. My only hope for Detroit is this next mayoral race and hopefully a new council. I love Michigan and Detroit but i dont know how much more i can deal with this
