I desperately need a new bolt/washer for my 3.5 smooth idler pulley!

Hi! I have a 99 Grand Prix GTP. I noticed today that my serpentine belt had snapped and noticed my entire pulley/bolt was gone; I'm assuming the bolt came out and just fell out with the pulley. I managed to find a new belt and pulley but no one has the bolt, so I was hoping maybe someone on here had one or any ideas what to do to fix my dang car.
 


Any local junk yards? Look on line for a GP being parted out. Might want to lock tight the new bolt. LOL Good luck seems easy enough fix when you get the bolt.
