Thought I'd show people what I got to replace my Grand Prix since I stopped visiting this site. I've had my eye on one of these since when they first came out and started looking for one since the beginning of this year. My requirements were that it had to be the AWD model and have the two tone interior. I lucked up and found a fully loaded model for cheap and snagged it up.
It is a 2009 Volkswagen CC with the Executive Trim. It comes with the awesome sounding VR6 that's paired to a 4Motion AWD transmission. It makes 280 hp and 265 ft/lbs of torque, not bad at all for a luxury car.
The Executive trim comes with all the goodies, Sat-Nav, Bluetooth w/ Bluetooth Audio, Heated Seats, Panoramic Roof, Rear-View Camera, Front and Rear Sensors, Paddle Shifters (Tip-Tronic/DSG), Auto-Swiveling Headlights the turn with the steering wheel, 20gb Hard Drive for Media and many many more options. I've instantly fell in love with the car.
For mods I plan on lowering it/possibly air bagging it and putting it on a nice set of wheels. A can tune will eventually get added, unfortunately not a custom tune since Vdubbers rarely do that for some odd reason.. They also refer to mods as stages.. which is quite bothersome. A turbo would be awesome to add but I don't know if this car will see that in my years of owning it since everything would have to be custom.
