So for poops and giggles, I bought the xentec hids...they are the 6000k. I installed them today and to my suprise they look really good. Im not expecting them to last for ever, so I bought a set of backup bulbs just in case.
Now, my problem I have is that my fog lights are old and are really yellow. So I just bought some 25 smd led lights on fleabay. Super white they claim. Has anyone else experimented with the led fog lights?

I'm not really worried about the output too much...I just don't want to see dingy ass yellow fog lights. I believe these are 5k lights

o rielys has nice glass fogs that have a blue tint in the glass, i did that on my last gp to solve the problem. pretty cheap too.

i paid $10 dollars for my leds. I figure if they are junk, Oh well. I dont really need the functionality just visuals.

Last night was the first night drive with the xentecs, I have no complaints...other than the fact that street signs are now really distracting. lol

The pic above looks really white, But they do have a light blue hue...I love the result for spending a total of $45 for my HIDs and the fogs.

I also apologize for the late response.

Upgrade??? My drivers side fog housing melted from a stock bulb and it was a blazertech...I don't know about the passenger side, as I was able to replace the bulb with out pulling the whole housing.

just go get the cheap one man, they have metal housing and the ones i pick up was an h3? bulb i believe. my stockers were melting to the point where i broke a bulb getting it out.
