:th_tongue2:well i bought a set of stock polished 5 spokes from red_GTP. everything sounded good, he wanted to get rid of them so i payed for shipping (in cash, stupid stupid me) called him, we worked everything out. Called about a week about (sent money 3 weeks ago) he had some troubles (wont discuss) and said they were ready to be shipped. That was about 1 1/2 weeks ago so i called 2 days ago TWICE no answer. left a voice mail and a few messages on here trying to get a hold of him. Nothing. I called him about 1 hour ago and got voicemail again. im pretty sure im out 145 dolla and i look like a complete fool. if so i have to fall through on my P&P deal with a guy and i really dont wanna do that. Maybe the phone issue is from all the storms and flooding (assuming he is in the center-us/midwest)...... But hopefully this works out
 
This is unfortunate....I hope it works out for you and really hope that we don't have shotty people like that here on this site.
 
Thats why i trusted him. This site is like family, we help eachother, rammble on about random stuff and just have a good time overall. hopefully he gets back to me and i was wrong

today as a matter of fact...same part...hes a effin douche bag lesson learned man ...no paypal no buy...maybe they ban him now...this isnt the firs time this has happened from what i hear....so red_gtp a big eff u douchebagg....dont feel bad youngtp i almost trusted him too then i pm'ed a respectable member and he told me the scoop on this ass hole i take that back it wasnt same part... it was a 3 in downpipe started at 90 bucks then went to 50 as the day went on...thats what got me leary

thanks guys. yea he just got out of jail the last time he answered his call. i really apricitate it street. im just not sure if i wanna call the police department all the way down there and see if they can do anything, its cash so there really is no proof so im screwed god damn. out 150. my moms is gonna kill me. oh well figures not everyone is a really grand prix guy. time to find some work with football and make that back so i can pay for my sc, i dont wanna fall through on him (might have to though). oh BTW my aunt and uncle live somewhat close to his house and im going there at the end of this year, so i might STOP by!
 
im gonna call the department tomoro, or possibly later today, and see if they can really even do anything about it. i bet if i just mention his name they'll know. thanks guys
 
you need to contact more then just that police department, you gotta contact yours as well, its internet fraud and there are laws protecting you. However, never pay with anything in cash over the net.

i did go through USPS! yessir. oh this guy is goin down. i can deal with getting him for fraud if i cant get my money back. at least he'll pay for it
