• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

I are noob.

fans work, but they will not turn on when engine temp goes to 220... and i tested the relay volts on the base of fan relay,,no 12 volts on pin 30,,one trouble diagnoses site says it is a open on the orn-1250 feed to pin 30..any help...

check the temp sensor under the t stat housing in the lower intake manifold. and its wires, they bake in the heat from the crossover. it controls the fans.

another NJ person, cool. welcome.

raining now,,will ck when it lets up,,,thank you Scotty..Also i love the car, but hate modern electronic, unnecessary stuff..

not really, the pcm runs the car much better then the old days, tells you when theres a problem, then leads you to the cause.

i do miss the old days of timing lights and re jetting carbs, but the new is here aint it lol

the thing is if one sensor goes bad, the rest suffer due to no communication with each other. mpg drop, performance is also lost most of the time. depending on the code that pops up.

tuning is way easier these days, if you know how to do it. a few clicks of a mouse and you can play with your timing, fuel and so on.
