Hello All,

I have a 2004 GTP CompG with 101,000 on the clock.

Last week, I got into my car in the morning and I had remote started it. I doubt it has anything to do with the issue. The blower for the heater was full blast, but the dial was barely on...so that wasn't really a big deal. I was like I'll just bring it in and get it fixed. The big deal was when I got to school and turned my car off...the blower motor stayed on.... well the garage I brought it to said they are waiting on two dealer parts. What parts could they be waiting for...its been a week! Any suggestions. The mechanic when I dropped it off said it was probably just the High Speed Relay. Any insight into this would be greatly appreciated. I'm sick of not having my vehicle. Thanks Guys!
 


UPDATE:

It ended up being the Blower Control Module. The old one was fried. There was a Tech Service Bulletin out on the issue. While installing the new Module, they have to put a capacitor in the wiring of the module to the blower motor. The module was 90 backs and the capacitor was 11 bucks. Total Cost $179 with labor to fix. So not bad.
