Hp tuners with 06 gp gt

I want to be able to use a hp tuner on my 06 Gt.
Since they don't offer one for it what are my options?
If I get an overkill pcm will the tuner work with it? (is it converted
To 05 software or??)
If i convert to a 05 pcm will the hp tuner work then,and what
Are pros-cons to converting to the 05pcm? I know
Ive read some things about the fuel gauge being backwards.

I just want to be able to tune my car and kinda frustrated
With the lack of options for the 06+
