How to Wire halos for auto on without drl

I have a 2000 gtp I have pulled the fuse for drl so my hid set up would not be on all of the time due to drl and would not auto on every time I pulled the car in and out of the garage.

My question is there any fuse in the box under the hood or wire that is only live. With the ignition turn forward that I can run a relay off to power the halos thanks

I used the radio dimmer signal. You can use the dash lights or something similar as well. Those only come on when the headlights are on, not the drl.
