How to tint your tail lights

Hey i kno this isnt answering ur question but im new to this web site and i feel like a dumd idiot but i didnt kno how to post a forum well anyways my question is can you help guid my way through tinting my tail lights on my 99 gtp i got the nightshade and the clearcoat and the sand paper i just dont wanna mess this up and i wanna do it the right way and not mess anything up.
