How to test ABS with a volt meter?

I'm having ABS issues, and after much hassle, cannot determine the culprit. I have seen a test that can be done with a voltmeter at each wheel, but I cannot remember where I saw it, or what the procedure was....
 


check resistance across sensor.

turn wheel, look for minimum voltage.

Those numbers are in the GM service manual which can be found on gpona.com
