How to replace Supercharger Bearings

Removal is either done with a blind pilot bearing tool or you drill and tap them under neath and use a grease gun to push them out.

Thread your NPT pipe in and hook to grease gun

Pump until the bearing pops out.

If I'm not mistaken, the gen V bearings are open on the back side. In that case you could just fill them with grease and hammer a close fit pin into the bearing. That should force the grease behind the bearing race and pop it right out. I use this trick on carrier bushings in flywheels.
