How to remove bar over Air intake?

I tryed to remove the bar but the bolts just keep spining.... Also the very top bolt is stuck... I tryed wd40 it won't budge. Any ideas?

grind the heads off..remove the bar..drill out the bolts and run a tap through the threads.

Yes a tap...a tool used to cut threads..in this case all you're using it for is to clean out your threads and remove any goonies you may have

Wait. Bar over Intake.. You mean the cross brace..??? If that is what you mean i wouldnt dick around with re-tapping it... just cut the bolt and leave it out...

Does the same thing the strut tower bar does. Although some cars don't have those.
